In addition, it has developed numerous custom homes and small subdivisions in the Redding area. Jordan Taylor is the President and majority stockholder in the company and has lived in Redding since 1993 with his wife and son. HOMEBUILDER: John Hucke John has lived most of his life in the Redding area and worked his way up through the construction trades over the last 30 years. He has been a construction superintendent on several housing subdivisions and has been a licensed General Contractor since 1989. He was formerly a principal in Paul Risk & John Hucke Construction, building motels, commercial buildings and custom homes in the Shasta County/Mt. Shasta/Burney area.
